We offer warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages to the product.

For the safety of our customers, all RPV International Trading LLC products are accompanied by a Factory Warranty Certificate and an exclusive barcode label, ensuring the legitimacy and quality of the pieces.

These pieces are produced with natural stones and are plated in gold, silver or rhodium. Natural stones may have variations of shades, inclusions and veins. These properties give the piece beauty and uniqueness.

The maximum period of exchange of is 14 days, with the presentation of the receipt. If there is not the same product available for exchange, we will substitute it with a product of equal value. Jewelry purchased at a promotional value will not be exchanged.

To keep your Jewelry in better care, we advise you to avoid contact with household cleaning products, sea water, pool chlorine, perfumes, creams and chemicals in general.

Clean the jewelry after use, remove any dirt with the help of a soft cloth and then store it in an appropriate place. Remove dirt with water and neutral detergent, massaging with fingertips and wiping with a soft cloth. Allow to dry.

Repairs will only be accepted upon proof of purchase. The repairs can be carried out through evaluation, availability of stone, and approval of budget by the client.
